300D II Firmware Update Out Now: V1.8 Optimised Bluetooth Reset FunctionIn the previous firmware, if a user initiated a Bluetooth Reset without being in the Bluetooth wireless control mode, the connection process would fail. In the new firmware, initiating a Bluetooth Reset will automatically force the fixture into Bluetooth wireless control mode, so it will be ready to connect with the Sidus Link AppOptimised DMX ControlWhen turning on the 300d II, the light output will slowly ramp up until it reaches the previous brightness setting. Quickly increasing the brightness would have the same effect. This is to prevent from damaging batteries by surging them too quickly. Now, in DMX mode, the delay has been minimized if a quick flash, or quick brightness change is triggered, allowing for the instantaneous response expected from a DMX fixture.
